| THE GREAT
BRITISH GREYHOUND WALK
Greyhound Rescue and
Sighthound Rescue are thrilled to be part
of this walk which is taking place at
venues all over the U.K. on Sunday 20th
June at 10.00am
Our walk is from West Park to Bel Royal
and back again. We invite folk to bring a
picnic and join us in the People's Park
after the walk where we will have info on
these particular breeds of dog and also
merchandise to tempt you.
The walk is open to anyone with a
greyhound or lurcher (sorry
no other breeds). There will be a lot
of dogs so if you feel your dog needs to
wear a muzzle please do not hesistate to
pop one on as there will be a great
number of dogs and this would be a
sensible precaution.
Sponsor forms are available on request or
a minimum donation of £10 per family on
the day.
All funds raised will go
towards the daily and veterinary care of
many thousands of greyhounds still in
kennels waiting their chance of a
permanent loving home
