Another Day Another Dollar

Saturday saw us at our third Animal Day event held annually in the Royal Square. Despite glorious weather we had a steady stream of people and our pitch was lucky enough to be in the shade for the whole of the day.

Our new merchandise was a success and as per usual the public were generous and our gang behaved impeccably charming both children and adults.

Courtney (owner of Duke the greyhound) and her pal Skye gave us a hand on the tombola.

O.B. and Malarky never say no to a love and cuddle.

The four dogs that come with us to the primary school Awareness assemblies are stars in their own right and are often recognised when we are out and about as was the case with the two girls above.

Hopefully we will back in the square again next year and would like to say a big thank you to the public for their continued support and to Bridget Murphy for inviting us to this event.
