We have the most amazing
support from members of the public but
also from many of the local schools so
when Victoria Doleman and pals Charley,
Samantha and Shannon approached us a
couple of weeks ago inviting us once
again to their school we were only too
pleased to attend.
The girls
had spent hours putting together a
presentation of facts from our website
and gathering an amazing collection of
photos and information which looked
wonderful on the 'big screen'. It was
also accompanied by an excellent
commentary.
The' icing on the cake' was
the fact that all the families had been
busy baking and the profits made from
their Cake Sale were donated to our
charity.
We can only say thank you so
much Mont Nicolle School for allowing us
and our dogs to visit once again - to all
those who slaved over a hot oven to help
greyhounds everywhere your help is so
much appreciated. To Victoria, Samantha,
Shannon and Charley your dedication to
our cause is just incredible.
We hope to see you all in
the near future our next Open Day will be
on Sunday 19th April.
