FROM NORTH TO
SOUTH
Thankfully another
perfect day for arrivals number 11 and 12
this year.
Rosie our
Northumberland lass joined paws with Ozzy
our Birmingham lad and together they flew
into the Channel Islands to start their
new lives, Rosie in Guernsey and Ozzy in
Jersey.

Rosie has had a
long journey having been brought down
from Dave Holmes' kennels in
Northumberland to catch 'her flight' to
pastures new and far greener. Her new mum
and dad are Sandra and Charlie.

Ozzy had a much
shorter journey from Hall Green kennels
travelling once again with our trusted
friend Pat Chan. Ozzy is a big hairy boy
at the moment so new mum and dad Julie
and Phil have been warned that 'the big
moult' is inevitable. Eve and Cara now to
become Ozzy's human sisters have been so
excited and their teachers were pleased
that today was the day so that they could
once again get the girls to concentrate.

We are really
thrilled that homings in Guernsey are
doing so well and as we are in Guernsey
on the 4th July to attend the Guernsey
Animal Shelter fete this gives us an
opportunity to meet up with the dogs we
have homed, as our owners will be coming
to say hello - we all keep in touch on a
regular basis but it's so lovely to see
the dogs happy and settled and their new
owners all comparing notes with each
other.
Once again our
sincere thanks go to Pat Chan for
bringing Ozzy down for us, to Dave Holmes
for finding Rosie for us and to Nigel for
fetching her down and finally to Chris
for getting everyone back safely. Till
next week Chris!!
