FUN
AT THE FAIR
Saturday and Sunday
saw us up at the Spring Show at the
RJ&HS having missed last year due to
building works up there. The past couple
of years has seen us fighting for our
boards and packing it in early due to
inclement weather but thankfully this
year stayed dry albeit a cold wind on
Saturday but near perfect conditions on
Sunday. The show was not as big as usual
but we had a good pitch and as always the
guys were a big attraction. Gump, Ziggy
and Silks joined us for the first time
and throughout the day Lewis, Elvis, Wiz
and Harlea came up with Alison but I have
to admit it was Sidney, George's little
blue whippet that stole the show and
indeed won Best Rescue in the dog show.

Now I could pretend
that this wonderful Cadillac was our new
form of transport but I would be lying
the guys just wanted their photo taken
with it.

And we thought our
guys were big 'till Jack the Deerhound
arrived on the scene!!!

Gump so wanted a go
on the bouncy castle and sneaked off but
was returned before he could put his paws
through it.

Once again we would
like to thank members of the public for
supporting us time and time again and
would remind everyone that our Great
British Greyhound Walk takes place on
Sunday 20th June, details on the front
page of our site and we will be at the
West Show on Saturday and Sunday the 10th
and 11th July - see you all there.
