Over the last 14 years we have homed 161 dogs in all the Channel Islands, though predominently Jersey due to transportation difficulties. However we are pleased to inform you that flying dogs direct from the mainland to Guernsey, Alderney and Sark is now a very easy option.

We would also like to advise that Malcolm (Charity Director & Sanctuary owner) will be making regular trips to Guernsey should you wish to discuss homing a greyhound and to carry out homechecks.

Our first visit to Guernsey to spread the 'Greyhound Word' was by kind invitation of Guernsey Animal Aid who invited us to join them at their exhibition in April 2007. Click on the flag above to read all about Malarky's, Pyder's Fonz's and Harlea's weekend away. Since then we are pleased to report that our homing figures have more than doubled.

RUBY	JOE

Ruby our longest remaining Guernsey resident. Sadly Ruby passed away suddenly on 10th Sept. 2008 aged 12 3/4 years	Joe who is now quite a star in his neighbourhood.

FERN	MOUSE

Fern our first greyhound homed in Alderney Ceilidh Ceilidh is our second homing in Alderney and shares her bed with owner Dee Hausheer	Mouse would also like more greyhound friends to join him in Sark. Sadly Mouse passed away on the 17th December 2009 aged 11 1/2
Since our visit in April 2007, we are pleased to have safely delivered more retired racing greyhounds to Guernsey.
FLOYD	DUKE

Floyd arrived in June 07.	Duke arrived in August 07.

WILLY Willy lives with Patricia and Newlyn and has done since June 2008 LILY	BINDY Living with a cat in Guernsey since Dec 2007

Lily arrived in October 2007. She shares her life with Milo the bull terrier and 5 cats.

MAISIE	DAX

Loving life sleeping next to the Rayburn.	Plenty more sunny days of retirement to look forward to.

SMARTIE	ALFIE
	Alfie joined Tracey, Chris, Ellie the retriever and Anna the setter in January 2008
Adored by his new family. A tragic accident took Smartie from us in May 2008 ROXY Living with Claire and Alistair arrived May 2009 BUBBLES Living with Duke and family since Aug 2007 REFUS This lad started life in Guernsey in January 2009 FLY Fly joined Claire and Adam in Feb 2009 ROSIE Joined her new family Sandra, ,Charlie and Tinkerbell the cat on the 2nd June 2009 PEARL Pearl became part of the Falconer family in June 2009 she joined Andy and Gillian and their two other greyhounds Floyd and Coby and Stumpy the three legged lurcher ANNIEBELLE Anniebelle or Annie as she will be known joined Kim and her family on the 20th July 2009 DOUGAL Dougal joined his new family, Michael, Sarah and William in September 2009. Boozer their previous greyhound passed away in January 2009 aged 14. GYPSY Arrived 8th October 2009 to live with Catherine LADY Arrived in Alderney on the 12th July, 2010, and now living with Charles and Rosalind	AMBER Living with Mick and Jean and Burley joined the clan in May 2009 BARNEY Barney became a member of Pat and Trevor's family in April 2008
