LIVERTY
PAYS US A VISIT FROM BONNY SCOTLAND

Liverty with mum
Mary and dad Paul
Back in 2000 when
we had only been homing a few years, we
brought a little black bitch over for a
young couple. This little girl had
decided that racing wasn't for her so at
the tender age of 1 she took up residence
with Mary and Paul. She was a little
sweetheart, but Mary and Paul decided
they were going to live in Scotland so we
never saw Liverty again until New Year's
Day 2010 when she paid us a visit with
her mum and dad who were over visiting
family.
Bless her little
heart this tiny black dog is now quite
grey but still with the most delightful
happy face. At 11 years old next week she
is Mary and Paul's pride and joy, in fact
she goes to work with Mary, a rep for
equestrian products, and indeed is not
allowed to enter some of the shops unless
Liverty is with her.
When our owners say
taking on a greyhound was the best thing
they ever did it cancels out all the
homings that haven't been so positive and
we would just like to thank Mary and Paul
for giving Liverty such a happy life and
caring for her so well.

celebrates her 11th birthday next week
