Hair
today and gone tomorrow.

Many
of you may know Donna Nicolas, veterinary
nurse at the St. Brelade's branch of the
New Era Veterinary Practice. Well
recently her son Steven (seen above)
approached us kindly, saying he would
like to raise some money for our charity.
Steven's
hair hasn't seen a pair of scissors for
the last two years and he has now decided
the time has come for him to save on
shampoo and put an end to the queues
outside the bathroom every morning.
We are therefore pleased to announce that
Samantha, Steven's sister, will be
removing her brothers locks.
Such
an event ,we agreed, should be marked so
Steven has agreed to be publically
scalped at the Greyhound Rescue stand at
the Foire de Jersey three day show to be
held at the RJA and HS showground at
Trinity on the 24th, 25th and 26th May.
Steven's
big moment will be on Sunday 25th at
approximately 2.30pm and you will be able
to witness this act at the Greyhound
Rescue stand so please do come along and
support Steven as he reveals ears and a
neck once more.
Sponsor
forms are at the New Era Veterinary
Hospital at Georgetown, their St. Brelade
branch and the Archway Vets in town.
All
proceeds will go to Greyhound Rescue
Jersey and we all look forward to seeing
you all there to witness this momentus
occasion for Steven.
